SUMMARY

Ford, Calhoun remained in a cold shutdown condition during the scnth of May..

Preparations and required prerequisites for plant startup were cenpleted during May. -

Reactor coolant pump case coter gasket leaks vere disco'rered to be leak-ing during the cold hydro test and the plant was plc.ced in a ccnfigurstion to work en the reacter coolant pump.

The Operations Department attended Combustien Engineering Si=ulater Training during the =cnth of May. All shifts have ecmpleted the requeli-fication training at the simulator as prescribed in the Fort Calheen Training Progrsm.

Required surreillance tests and operational tests vere completed during May.
