Dear Mr. Ikdrie:
The attached article recently appeared in de Derrver Post and Fas put into wrds a theory thich I have pccdered for years. . .even pricr to de accident at Three Mlle Island.
If fissica, as takes places in a melt dem er in the decccaticn of nuclear weapw.s, can be ever-simplified arxi expressed as the rapid multip14raHm of matter by self-division, wculd not a safety (defense) feature, bed 4r4=1 to all ::erlcind, exist if antimatter could be barnessed and stored? M:en necessary, could not antimatter be &en used to bodxtrd :ntter dereby tretr=14 Hng the initial reacticn? The premise en which I base =y hypothesis, is dat every acticn bas an cpposite reacticn.
Does tlw possibility exist that the scientists at the Euw Nuclear Research Center in Geneva, Swf wrland have not only developed scme-6ing which cny cpen new vistas to the mdersMing of the miverse but perhaps save the uniw.rse frcm accirkeni cr intentialal arrdhila-ticn?
Recognice, I an not a physicist, but rather a businessman who is very mich aware of the need for the development of safe truclear energy. If cur future uses of pri:nry nimie eceqy is to acproach thirty-five percet within the next few years, this "historient first" might be well ucrth watching.
It is not tw nature to sit down and write en tcpics of which I admittedly know so little but I hcnestly thcught this article might be of interest to you.
Ycur couments would be apo#mW.
Sincerely, i
M. P. EEEL
