Dear Ms. Podolak:

This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated March 9, 2004, requesting our review of the Model No. 976 package.

We have established a schedule for the technical review you requested. The schedule allows for the staff to issue a possible request for additional information (RAI) in August 2004. If no RAI is needed, and based on the staffs evaluation, our recommendation and Safety Evaluation Report may be issued at approximately that time. In general, no changes or supplements to this application should be submitted, except in response to an RAI.
