I am responding to your August 30, 2004, letter requesting a fee waiver under 10 CFR 170.11for Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) - 426, Revision 0, "Revise or Add Actions to Preclude Entry into [limiting condition of operation] LCO 3.0.3.For the reasons below, I amgranting a fee waiver for the technical staff's review of TSTF-426 in accordance with the applicable provisions of 10 CFR 170.11. During its acceptance review, the staff has determined that TSTF-426 supports NRC's genericregulatory improvement program (i.e., risk informing certain portions of Technical Specifications) in accordance with 10 CFR 170.11(a)(1)(iii). I am responding to your August 30, 2004, letter requesting a fee waiver under 10 CFR 170.11 for Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) - 426, Revision 0, Revise or Add Actions to Preclude Entry into [limiting condition of operation] LCO 3.0.3.
