: 5. Visual Examinations (VT-2) for system leakage tests are performed each fuel cycle, period, and interval, according to the requirements of IWA-2212 and IWA-5240.
All required VT-2 examinations have been completed for this fuel cycle, except for portion of SI system in Work Orders 3-06-343649-01, scheduled for week of 2/11/07 and 3-06-343646-01, scheduled for the week of 2/5/07.6. Examination Category R-A includes previous Examination Categories B-F, B-J, C-F-i, and C-F-2.7. Examination Category B-Q, Steam Generator Tubing, is reported per the requirements of the Plant Technical Specifications.
No examinations of the steam generator tubing occurred in 2RF09.8. Exam TCX-2-3i00-ISi (RHR pump 01 support) is considered as three examinations; TCX-2-3100-1i-iWS, TCX-2-3i00-i-2WS, and TCX-2-3i00-3WS.
Revision 3 of U2 ISI Program Plan will then change the required number of examinations from 98 to 100.9. Exam TCX-i -4402-8956D-INT (Cat. B-M-2) had been rescheduled to 2RFiO0 (2 nd period) per the revision 2 of the IS[ Program Plan. Table 4.0 in revision 3 of the Ui ISI Program Plan will then reflect this condition, with one exam scheduled and completed during the first period.OAR-i Page 3 of 5 TABLE 2 ITEMS WITH FLAWS OR RELEVANT CONDITIONS THAT REQUIRED EVALUATION FOR CONTINUED SERVICE Flaw Flaw or Relevant Condition Found Examination Item Item Description Characterization During Scheduled Section XI Category Number (IWA-3300)
