(Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station), Petition for Review of LBP-10-19 (Oct. 28, 2010), Docket No. 50-271-LR The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order denying a petition for review filed by the New England Coalition (NEC) challenging the Licensing Boards decision in LBP-10-19, in which the Board refused to reopen this adjudication and admit for litigation NECs latest proposed contention. The Memorandum and Order affirms LBP-10-19 and terminates this proceeding.
 
Commissioner Apostolakis did not participate in this matter (Subsequently, on March 10, 2011, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
