The proposed Constant Pressure Power Uprate (CPPU) represents an increase of approximately 20% above the Original Licensed Thermal Power (OLTP).The purpose of this letter is to provide GE Draft Dryer Presentation material to the NRC to facilitate NRC determination of proprietary content.+0)01 Document Control Desk PLA-6211 The purpose of the meeting is as follows:* Present the steam dryer instrumentation plan with locations and rational for type of instruments and their locations,* Discuss finite element analysis model changes," Discussion of the fabrication detail improvements and why they are expected to improve stress intensity margins,* Discuss strategy for developing start-up limit curves and availability schedule Since the first two items above will involve proprietary information, Attachment I contains the proprietary GE Draft Dryer Presentation material.

2. The affidavit supporting this request is provided in Attachment 3.Attachment 1 contains information that General Electric Company considers proprietary.

General Electric Company requests that the proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 (a) 4 and 9.17 (a) 4.References 2- 4 contain the relevant PPL and NRC dryer correspondence.
