NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-223/2007-202

Dear Dr. Kegel:

On March 26-29, 2007, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a securityinspection at your Research Reactor Facility. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security andcompliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.

The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel. Based on the results of this inspection, no safety concerns or noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified.
