NO. 50-223/2007-201)
Dear Dr. Kegel:
Thank you for your response of May 16, 2007, to our Notice of Violation issued on April 23,
2007, concerning activities conducted at your University of Massachusetts Lowell Research
Reactor facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of
10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future
inspections.
