- Attachment lC to Consumers Power Company's submittal dated October 1, 1984 indicates that additional permanent eight hour emergency lights were scheduled to be operational by the end of April 1985. This submittal confirms that the newly installed 8 hour9.259259e-5 days <br />0.00222 hours <br />1.322751e-5 weeks <br />3.044e-6 months <br /> emergency lights are operational and will be declared operable (ie, Technical Specifications Surveillance Tests complete and accepted by the Operations Department) before the end of May. 1985.
