I. SECY-15-0119 - FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT CO. (TURKEY POINT NUCLEAR GENERATING UNITS 3 AND 4) - APPEALS OF LBP-15-13

The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to appeals by Florida Power

& Light Company and the NRC Staff of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's decision in LBP-15-13 granting a hearing to Citizens Allied for Safe Energy, Inc. in the matter of Florida Power & Light's license amendment request to allow an increase in the ultimate heat sink temperature at Turkey Point. The Memorandum and Order affirms the Board's decision.

(Subsequently, on December 17, 2015, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
