: Fred, Yes, we intended to remove all references to 10 CFR 50, Appendix J. In Amendment 104, we removed this phrase in three places earlier in Section 6.2.6. (two places on Page 6.2.6-3 and once on Page 6.2.6-4). This phrase on Page 6.2.6-20 was overlooked but it will be removed in Amendment 105. In fact, I drafted a change package yesterday to be included in A105 to do just that. | |||
