RE: WBN Unit 2 FSAR Amendment 104 Question Fred, Yes, we intended to remove all references to 10 CFR 50, Appendix J. In Amendment 104, we removed this phrase in three places earlier in Section 6.2.6. (two places on Page 6.2.6-3 and once on Page 6.2.6-4). This phrase on Page 6.2.6-20 was overlooked but it will be removed in Amendment 105. In fact, I drafted a change package yesterday to be included in A105 to do just that.

: Fred, Yes, we intended to remove all references to 10 CFR 50, Appendix J. In Amendment 104, we removed this phrase in three places earlier in Section 6.2.6. (two places on Page 6.2.6-3 and once on Page 6.2.6-4). This phrase on Page 6.2.6-20 was overlooked but it will be removed in Amendment 105. In fact, I drafted a change package yesterday to be included in A105 to do just that.

WBN Unit 2 FSAR Amendment 104 Question Rickey, I'm looking at Open Item 47 in Enclosure 1 to TVA's letter dated June 7, 2011. The reference to Appendix J was supposed to be removed from the FSAR in Amendment 104.
