The percentages presented inTable H-1 are based on the methodology discussed in assumption 5 of Section 2.2 and shown inFigure 2-1.Note the baseline ETE study assumes 20 percent of households will not comply with the shelteradvisory, as per Section 2.5.2 of NUREG/CR-7002.
