(2) Was there an engineering evaluation of the condition of the RV Head afthe removal of the graffiti, and if not, why not?2. Regarding the RV stud hole sleevin : Was there a surface examination of the machined surface of thestud hole once the initial threads were removed prior to re-threading, and if not, why not?3. Regarding the UT issue on S/G 2: (1) The original UT results were compared to Specification 84350LF.How does this compare with ASTM 578? Can the NRC see this spec. (2) Has there been an assessment as tthe cause of the differences between the condition of S/G 2 and the other S/Gs that had no apparent mid-reflections. | |||
