c 2/ 2 r-INTENT TO CIIANGE LICENSE ANNEX On June 13, 1998, Westinghouse Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF) Regulatory Management approved a project that will require a change to the License Armex submitted in support of the Plant Ventilation System Integrated Safety Assessment.

j Project DescIjp.LiCD Replace filter housing for the Fluoride Stripping System ventilation filter and modify ducting to mate up with the new filter house. Install a new automatic flow valve and field temperature indicator in the liquid circulation loop. Add a high level deionized water and ammonia supply interlock cut-off.

Reculatory Review Radiological and Environmental Protection: Review complete.

Chemical and Fire Safety: Review complete.

Nuclear Criticality Safety and Safeguards: Further evaluation required. Drawing sign-off prior to start-up required.

Necessary changed pages to the License Annex for the Plant Ventilation System will be submitted on or before July 13. 1998.
