After its review, theNRCstaffwill provide the resultsof itsassessmenttotheCommission. lftheCommission approves theproposed agreement, the NRCwill publishthetextanda summary ofits assessment intheFederalRegister for public comment. TheActrequires thattheproposed agreement bepublished onceeach week for 4 consecutive weeks. After ofthecomment expiration period, theCommission will consider any comments received andmakea final decision onthe request.
