The required four year certification report is enclosed. Certification of the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant simulator was provided to the Commission by letter dated February 1,1991, from Thomas M. Parker to the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, entitled " Certification of Plant-Referenced Simulator."
