Thank you for your letter of March 5,1986, in response to our {{letter dated|date=February 14, 1986|text=letter dated February 14, 1986}}. As noted in our letter, Zetec was requested to describe steps that have been or will be taken tc correct and prevent recurrence of the findings and the dates for completion of the corrective actions and preventive measures. We have reviewed your response and find that it does not adequately address the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation and Notice of Nonconformance. The following additional information is needed.
