Thank you for your letter of March 5,1986, in response to our letter dated February 14, 1986. As noted in our letter, Zetec was requested to describe steps that have been or will be taken tc correct and prevent recurrence of the findings and the dates for completion of the corrective actions and preventive measures. We have reviewed your response and find that it does not adequately address the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation and Notice of Nonconformance. The following additional information is needed.
(85-01-10) - Clarify if the " Training Course Completion Record" (TCCR) l is a part of the qualification records for NDE personnel.
If this is i
not the case, describe the measures taken and the date of implementation for incorporating the TCCR in the qualification records.
Please provide this additional information within 25 days from the date of this letter in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
