The only significant change in your proposed 2                 revision are nodified equations for detemination of allowable lift height of w               loads handled over the racks. These changes are the result of errors i!,             discovered by your staff in the previous TER. These errors and their potential impact on safety were addressed in reference (c). We agree with your conclusion that the lift height equations provided in your revision are y(               acceptable ~ to assure proper load lift height control, but the implications of.
