The FRVS' controls were'found in the locked out position, thereby disabling;all automatic

• painting activities in the Reactor Building.

In the' future, this will be accomplished by maintaining.

the Reactor Building Ventilatioh System (REVS) in the.hormal or refuel modes.

To raise the Control hoom Operator's awareness of FRVS operability, the statiuq of *each FRVS recircu
