The FRVS' controls were'found in the locked out position, thereby disabling;all automatic

the Reactor Building Ventilatioh System (REVS) in the.hormal or refuel modes.

To raise the Control hoom Operator's awareness of FRVS operability, the statiuq of *each FRVS recircu
