Violation 550-425/88-19-01, Failure to Follow Procedures, Resulting in Errors in Pipe Support QC and Design Documentation.
Violation 550-425/88-19-01, Failure to Follow Procedures, Resulting in Errors in Pipe Support QC and Design Documentation.
The Georgia Power Company (GPC) acknowledges the violation as identified in the USNRC report. This violation has been attributed to isolated human errors and failure to follow procedures due to procedure interpretation errors.
The Georgia Power Company (GPC) acknowledges the violation as identified in the USNRC report.
The errors were corrected by revising the drawings to reflect actual dimensions           and   to agree with         the requirements of the Final Design Verification Program.               A deviation report was written and was dispositioned to accept the support location as-is.                   The void Issue Ticket was deleted from the Process Package and the correct Issue Ticket was placed in the package.                                                                                                .
