'The following final report is provided in response to the subject Bulletin.
Responses have been received from all suppliers that furnished ASME Section III fittings-for the-Hope Creek Project. Based on this input and our on-site investigation, we have established that:
Responses have been received from all suppliers that furnished ASME Section III fittings-for the-Hope Creek Project.
                                  - Twenty-four carbon steel flanges supplied by Tube-Line were installed on our Emergency Diesel Generatorsi by Colt Industries;
Based on this input and our on-site investigation, we have established that:
                                  - 578 fittings were received from two suppliers on four bulk purchase orders; and
- Twenty-four carbon steel flanges supplied by Tube-Line were installed on our Emergency Diesel Generatorsi by Colt Industries;
                                  - No Tube-Line fittings, beyond the twenty-four described above, have been identified as installed in safety related systems.
- 578 fittings were received from two suppliers on four bulk purchase orders; and
Nonconformance Reports have been issued to control and docu-ment the disposition of those materials received on the four bulk purchase . orders. These fittings have been identified as installed 11n non-safety related systems, removed-from inventory or determined to be missing.
- No Tube-Line fittings, beyond the twenty-four described above, have been identified as installed in safety related systems.
