5/25/84 Th'e heat numbers of those items identifiedi as missing have been added to the checklist to be used during N-5 data package review.

Items identified during package review as having these heat numbers shall be cut out and replaced with acceptable fittings.

This administrative control will

-assure that the missing nonconforming fittings have not been installed in any ASME Section III system.

Colt Industries utilized twenty-four Tube-Line flanges in the manufacture of our Emergency Diesel Generators.

The use of these flanges for their intended service is acceptable in accordance with ASME Code Case N-242 which is referenced in the applicable specification.
