~Entergy Indian Point Energy Center Status Report February 13, 2006 Operational Status Indian Point Unit 2 is operating at 100% and has been online 53 days.

Indian Point Unit 3 is operating at 100% reactor power and has been on-line for 132 days. Operations and maintenance crews are making plans for 2R17 refueling outage at IP2 scheduled to begin in April.

Representatives from the NRC, New York DEC and Entergy take split samples from the Hudson River.

Assistance in obtaining the samples was provided by the New York State Naval Militia, Military Emergency Boat Service. The U.S. Nation Guard also provided assistance.

The boat was operated by NY Naval Militia, not the U. S. Coast Guard as reported last week

• Work continues on the phase 2 wells as show on the accompanying maps.
