B. Kenna of your of fice of a potentially reportable deficiency at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station construction site.                         The deficiency concerns inadequate crimping on certain Power Generation Control Complex interconnecting cable pin connections supplied by the General Electric Company.

The deficiency concerns inadequate crimping on certain Power Generation Control Complex interconnecting cable pin connections supplied by the General Electric Company.
General Electric initiated the following Field Disposition Instructions (FDI) to investigate the deficiency:

: 1. FDI-WAGM was issued to inspect the termination modules for damaged wire insulation. This FDI has been completed and the results are currently being evaluated.
