On March 28, 1980, Mr. T. D. Geib of Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (PSI) notified your office of a potentially reportable item as required by 10 CFR 50.55(e). While performing surveillance at a piping vendor's facilities, PSI Quality Assurance auditors noted several discrepancies concerning material test reports for weld filler material. These discrepancies were described in more detail in an interim report to your office dated April 25,1980 (DSN 0425804002). | |||
