Byron Nuclear Power Stations Units 1 and 2 Byron Station Security Plan NRC Decket Nos. 50-454 & 50-455 TAC Nos. 65282/65283 Enclosed are the original and three (3) copies of Revision 29 of the Byron Nuclear Power Station. Security Plan. This revision reflects administrative changes in the management structure at the station.

Pursuant to 10CFR 50.4, the signed original and three copies of the security plan revisions _are being provided to your office. A copy of this letter and'two copies of the security plan revisions are being sent to Region III. ,

We have concluded that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
