Thank you for your letter dated December 17, 2019, in response to the Confirmatory Order (EA-11-043) issued to Accurate NDE & Inspections, LLC on December 19, 2011 (Agency wide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession ML113530799). | |||
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) noted that this submittal was made to satisfy Section V.E. of the Confirmatory Order, which required you to submit a copy of each procedure used when performing radiography activities within NRC jurisdiction, and each procedure used to train personnel who perform radiography activities within NRC jurisdiction. However, this condition of the Order also stated that: starting in 2013, the procedures shall be submitted to the NRC annually by January 31st of each year for 5 years. Therefore, your submissions in accordance with this condition were not required following your final submittal on January 23, 2017 (ADAMS Accession Number ML17032A136). | |||
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedures, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs ADAMS, accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. | |||

CONTINUED RESPONSE TO CONFIRMATORY ORDER EA-11-043
Dear Mr. Johnson:
Thank you for your letter dated December 17, 2019, in response to the Confirmatory Order (EA-11-043) issued to Accurate NDE & Inspections, LLC on December 19, 2011 (Agency wide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession ML113530799).
