In accordance with your request, we offer the following supplemental response to the apparent Item of Noncompliance identified as item B in the referenced inspection report.

B. Supplemental Response: In addition to the original response offered in our letter CS-80-281, all plant personnel have been advised by a Management Memorandum that all plant procedures shall be strictly adhered-to or the procedure be changed in accordance with the provisions of Administrative Procedure AI-400.

Each plant employee has acknowledged this memorandum by his signa-ture and the acknowledgement is on file. In the future, all plant procedures shall be adhered-to, and full compliance has been achieved.
