Dear Sir:

Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 55, requesting amendment to Appendices A and B of Operating License No. DPR-72. As part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendices A and B are enclosed.

This Change Request revises the title of the Director, Nuclear Operations and corrects the offsite organization figure. Florida Power Corporation considers Change Request No. 55 to be a Class II amendment per 10 CFR 170. 22 as it involves an amendment that is administrative in nature.

A licensing fee in the amount of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200) and a signed copy of Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 55 to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida, are enclosed.
