Thank you for your letter of March 11, 2010, in response to our February 11, 2010, letter and Notice of Violations regarding the failure to identify and correct leakage from the refueling water

storage tank and to correctly translate the design basis into specifications, drawings and procedures to prevent the formation of voids in the reactor vessel head during shutdown operations. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violations. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
