In accordance with ASME B&PV Code,Section XI, IWV 3513, 1983 edition, the correct formula should be: [(N + 12)/60]Z.

We also confirm that, although an as found +/- 3% tolerance is being adopted for the safety valve setpoint, following testing the valves will be adjusted to within +/- 1% tolerance.

Another typographical error is in change "B". "XJ" should be Roman numeral "XI".
