Enclosed is NRC Form 536 for the calendar years (CY) 2018 thru 2021. The Form is provided per request of Regulatory Issue Summary 2016-09 [Reference 1]. The Enclosure is based on the plan to permanently shutdown James A. FitzPatrick Power Plant [Reference 2]; however, recent events may require a change to this plan and the number of Operator Licensing Examinations scheduled. If this happens, an update to NRC Form 536 will be submitted. There are no new regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
