The State University of New York at Buffalo respectfully submits the attached revised pages to the Buffalo Materials Research Center (BMRC) Decommissioning Plan (DP), Accession Number MLI2054AI19; submitted to the Document Control Desk via letter dated February 17, 2012, Accession Number ML12054A116.
The revised pages of the BMRC DP are enclosed on electronic media and provide clarification of certain radiological and industrial safety items. Additionally, the revised pages incorporate references for the inclusion of Appendix D, BMRC Final Status Survey Plan (FSSP) which is also enclosed on electronic media.
The requested minor changes to the BMRC DP have been reviewed and approved by the BMRC Operating Committee.
The BMRC FSSP has been reviewed and approved by the Reactor Decommissioning Safety Committee.
