| | Everyone who lives there knows that the area could, never be evacuated because the roads are, without any doubt, completely, totally, absolutely and overwhelmingly inadequate. Too many people, not enough space, not enough time- the physics of the situation is impossible. |
| | There will be no evacuation. In the event of a nuclear accident, people will be irradiated and killed in the ensuing 70-mile long traffic jam. |
