review. This' application provided information on those portions of the Emergency Operator Procedures which were not validated during cold licensing training. The ONRR staff has informed ~us that. review of your submittal is required since this_ involves)a change to an approved procedure.

The' fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your' application. Therefore, it is' requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your June 25 request.

Your Company will be-billed for any additional costs for the. review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
