This is in regard to the telephone discussion between Mr. Hiersche and Mr. Jack Whitten of my staff on March 7,1989. ;
During this discussion we indicated that Messrs Wesley Holley and Michael Vasquez. of this office will conduct a pre-licensing visit at your facility ,
in De Soto, Kansas, on March 17, 1989, at 8:00 a.m. '
During this visit we will discuss your pending application for a radiography l license and your proposed response to our letter dated March 7,1989, .
