This is in regard to the telephone discussion between Mr. Hiersche and Mr. Jack Whitten of my staff on March 7,1989.
During this discussion we indicated that Messrs Wesley Holley and Michael Vasquez. of this office will conduct a pre-licensing visit at your facility in De Soto, Kansas, on March 17, 1989, at 8:00 a.m.
During this visit we will discuss your pending application for a radiography l
license and your proposed response to our letter dated March 7,1989, identifying. additional information needed by us to complete our review of your
