In response to your request, the Emergency Preparedness and Environmental Health Physics Section (EP&EHP) has completed a review of the changes to the Emergency Plan for the Nuclear Reactor Laboratory at the University of Illinois. The plcn changes in Revision 1 were submitted in a letter dated June 30,1997 from Richard L Holm, Reactor Administrator. The licensee stated that the plan was submitted in accordance with -10 CFR 50.54 (q) and that the changes did not decrease the effvtivenest of their emergency plan.
