During April 18-20, 1988. NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied f or licenses to operate your AN02 facility.

At the conclusion of the written examinations, the examination keys were provided to facility staff personnel. Based upon the initial number of applicants, the number of candidates actually examined, and the performance of those candidates, it appears that an extensive and thorough screening 1

process was utilized by the AN02 Training Department, with only the candidates J

having a high probability of successfully completing the examination being tested. Examination results have been discussed with AN02 Training Department staff.
