Modification No. 1 to Task Order No. 6 Under Contract No. NRC-26-94-263 This confirms the July 1, 1996 and August 20, 1996, verbal authorizations provided to you to allow for additional' students in the courses as stated under items no. 1 and 2 below and provides funds accordingly. This modification also ratifies the actions taken to allow for additional students in the courses stated under items no. 3 and 4 and covers additional travel costs incurred by you in the performance of this work and provides funds accordingly. These changes are made as agreed to per Conger & Elsea's September 26, 1996, letter which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.                                                     I The purpose of this modification is as follows:
