TU Electric is conducting a Technical Requiremcnts Manual (TRM) preparation and review program for CPSES Unit 2. The program is reviewing the CPSES Unit-1 TRM tu identify the changes which are needed to produce a single set of technical requirements applicable to both Units 1 and 2.                                                                           The changes which have been identified are included in attachments (1) through (5), The format selected for the attachments was based on the formats used by other stations which have dual units and a dual TRM.                                                     On all pages, the footer will be changed to read " COMANCHE PEAK UNITS 1 AND 2".
