Vermont Yankee Cycle 17 Operating Report Enclosed please fm' d one copy of the Vermont Yankee Cycle 17 Operating Report, submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.59(b)(2) and 10CFR50.4. This report describes the facility changes, tests, and experiments, including a summary of the safety evaluation of each, which were conducted during this time period without prior NRC approval and which constituted a change in the facility as described in the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
In accordance with 10CFR50.59(b)(2), this submittal is being made concurrent with a revision to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR), being submitted under separate cover.
