At 2149 on 11-24-91, power was reduced to approximately 55 percent to remove "2A" Steam Generator Feedvater Pump (SGFP) from service due to the low pressure governor valve oscillating. Main turbine governor valve testing was also performed during this power reduction.                                                                                                                                             "2/" SGFP was repaired and the unit was teturned to 100 percent pover at 0510 on 11-26-91.

At 1122 on 11-26-91, pover was reduced to approximately 55 percent to remove "2A" SGFP from service due to speed control problems. The "2A" SGFP was repaired and determined operable at 2023 on 11-27-91. At 2246 on 11-27-91, operators commenced ramping the unit to 100 percent power. At 0239 on 11-28-91, ramping was secured at 86 percent power due to "2A" SGFP speed oscillation. At 0245 on 11-28-91, operators commenced ramping down to 55 percent to remove "2A" SGFP from service. Repairs were made to the "2A" SGFP and the unit returned to 100 percent power at 0229 on 11-29-91.

SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS November 1991 At 2000 on '1-8-91, power was reduced to approximately 61 percent for isophase bus duct cooling vork and governor valve testing. The unit returned to 100 percent power at 0045 on 11-10-91.

There were no unit shutdowns during the month of November.

The following major safety-related maintenance vas performed during the month:

1.

Hiscellaneous corrective and preventive maintenance was performed on the diesel generators.
