Holtzscher from L.                      t Robert Creger, dated August 17, 1989, requested clarification of nine                        i iteas in Revision 9A of the Physical Security.. Plan f or Clinton Power                      !
Station (CPS). Attachment A to this letter provides the Illinois Power

Company (IP) clarification of each of the nine items. The Physical                          :
Security Plan for CPS has been revised where appropriate to incorporate
* the clarifications and to correct an error in the Table of Contents.                        !
Four copies of Revisien 9B of the Physical Security Plan for the CPS are                    !
attached. This revision is being submitted in accordance with                                ;
10CPR50.54(p). IP is confident that this revision does not represent a                    '
decrease in the  effectiveness of Physical Security at CPS. Changes made in Revision 95 are identified in the right hand margin.
