iteas in Revision 9A of the Physical Security.. Plan f or Clinton Power Station (CPS). Attachment A to this letter provides the Illinois Power

Company (IP) clarification of each of the nine items. The Physical Security Plan for CPS has been revised where appropriate to incorporate the clarifications and to correct an error in the Table of Contents.
Four copies of Revisien 9B of the Physical Security Plan for the CPS are attached.
This revision is being submitted in accordance with 10CPR50.54(p).
IP is confident that this revision does not represent a decrease in the effectiveness of Physical Security at CPS.
Changes made in Revision 95 are identified in the right hand margin.
