2019-19897.pdf Hi Wes, I was asked to e-mail you the below:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission recently published a Federal Register Notice announcing our intent to submit information collection requests to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for NRC FORMS 366, 366A, 366B, "Licensee Event Report" (3150-0104). A supporting statement describing the requested information and burden estimates are available at http://regulations.gov by searching docket NRC-2019-0085.

As a potential respondent to this information collection, we are interested in your feedback. Specifically, we are seeking input on the following questions by November 15, 2019:

1. Is the proposed collection of information necessary for the NRC to properly perform its functions?

Does the information have practical utility?

2. Is the burden estimate accurate?
3. Is there a way to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected?
4. How can the burden of the information collection be minimized, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology?

Comments can be submitted by going to http://www.regulations.gov and searching for Docket No.

NRC-2019-0085. Please note that comments will be made available for public inspection. Because your comments will not be edited to remove any identifying or contact information, the NRC cautions you against including any information in your submission that you do not want to be publicly disclosed.

BILLING CODE 7590-01-P NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION

[Docket No. 72-20; NRC-2017-0136]

U.S. Department of Energy Idaho Operations Office; Three Mile Island Unit 2 AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact; issuance.

SUMMARY

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering the renewal of Special Nuclear Materials (SNM) License SNM-2508 for the Three Mile Island Unit 2 (TMI-2) independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI) located on the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) Site, formerly known as the Idaho National Environmental and Engineering Laboratory, in Scoville, Butte County, Idaho. The NRC has prepared an environmental assessment (EA) for this proposed license renewal in accordance with its regulations.

Based on the EA, the NRC has concluded that a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) is appropriate, and an environmental impact statement (EIS) is not warranted.

The NRC also is conducting a safety evaluation of the proposed license renewal.

DATES: The EA and FONSI referenced in this document are available on September 16, 2019.
