Pursuant to the stipulated discesvery schedule approved by this Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in its Memorandum and Order of April 16, 1981, Intervenor and Joint Applicants served their respective First Set of Interrogatories in the above-referenced proceeding on May 22, 1981. In an effort to avoid the filing of objections and motions to compel respecting sucn interrogatories, Intervenor and Joint Applicants conJerred on June 4, 1981, for the purpose of arriving at a stipulation regarding potentially objectienable interrogatories.
